1. Service Provider

2. Scope of Services

Brno Essentials provides practical assistance and logistical support services, including but not limited to:

• moving assistance
• home-related services
• city errands
• basic administrative support
• assistance with appointments and communication

We provide practical assistance and general informational support only.
We do not provide regulated legal, investment, tax, or medical advisory services.

3. Booking and Agreement

A service agreement is formed when the client confirms the service request and Brno Essentials confirms availability and pricing. Services may be agreed via email, phone, or messaging platforms.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is communicated before service confirmation. Unless agreed otherwise:

• the first hour is charged at the agreed base rate
• additional time is charged according to the agreed hourly rate
• material costs (if applicable) are charged separately

Payment may be made in cash or by bank transfer (if invoiced). Invoices are issued in accordance with Czech law.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled service: no fee.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: we may charge up to 50% of the agreed price.
• No-show: up to 100% of the agreed price may be charged.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• provide accurate and complete information
• ensure safe access to the premises and a safe working environment
• inform us in advance of any risks (fragile items, special materials, pets, hazards, etc.)

Brno Essentials may refuse to provide a service if conditions are unsafe or if critical information is missing.

7. Liability

We are responsible for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Brno Essentials provides assistance based on information provided by the client and publicly available sources. We are not liable for decisions made by third parties (e.g., banks, insurance companies, authorities, healthcare providers) or for outcomes resulting from client decisions.

We are not liable for:

• pre-existing damage
• hidden structural issues
• damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
• decisions or actions taken by third parties
• indirect or consequential losses

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Photos and Documentation

We may take internal documentation photos for quality control and dispute resolution purposes. No photos will be published or shared publicly without the client’s explicit consent.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, illness, transport disruption).

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Czech courts.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The current version will always be available on this page.
